Search visibility

Brand and procedure queries rank

Treatment and location pages, technical optimisation and an organic presence that now produces a steady flow of enquiries without media spend.

Patient demand

Two paid channels in market

Google Search and Meta campaigns across procedures and branches — ₹10.47L of media deployed in six months, with clear learnings for 2027.

Digital operations

A managed website, and ground truth

WordPress management and ongoing support — plus a first-hand view of how the Sangli calling desk handles enquiries day to day.

Sources: connected Nandadeep Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Platform figures are not patient visits.

The 2027 plan

Five pillars. One measurable patient journey.

01
AI Search Visibility

Be the answer Google AI, ChatGPT and Gemini give for eye care in Western Maharashtra — and defend what already ranks.

02
Google Ads

A focused, high-intent Search programme that optimises for bookings, not activity.

03
Meta Ads

The primary demand channel: procedure-led campaigns, branch targeting, remarketing and lead-quality controls.

04
Website

A flagship institutional experience that converts, is readable by AI systems and connects to the CRM.

05
Nandadeep One

One enquiry-to-visit workflow for the calling desk, connected to Easy Solution EMR — the pillar that makes the other four measurable.

Pillar 01 · AI Search Visibility & SEO

From building pages to owning the answer.

Institutional fact baseVerified founding year, network, surgery volumes and specialists — one medically reviewed source of truth AI systems can cite.
Entity & schema layerHospital, physician, procedure and branch schema; consistent identity across GBP, directories and the site.
Doctor & treatment profilesCredentials and procedures written to be quoted by AI assistants, linked from home and About.
Ranking defenceQuarterly content refresh, technical health, Core Web Vitals, and redirect protection through the redesign.
Google Business ProfilesAll branches kept current — posts, Q&A, review response, photos and service lists.
AI visibility trackingMonthly report on what AI assistants say about Nandadeep and competitors for 40 priority queries, with corrections pushed.

Equivalent-value estimate: organic clicks valued at the account's blended Search CPC. It indicates scale, not revenue.

Pillars 02 & 03 · Google Ads and Meta Ads

Two channels, two jobs — one reporting definition.

Pillar 02 · Google Search

Capture decided patients

Strategic changes for 2027: a focused, high-intent programme built around what the account has taught us.

  • Concentrate on local Search for cataract, LASIK and retina, by branch
  • Optimise campaigns to calls, forms and bookings only
  • Continuous search-term quality control with negative-keyword lists
  • AI Max and Performance Max evaluated on outcomes, kept only if proven
  • Budget guided by cost per qualified enquiry, reviewed monthly
Pillar 03 · Meta · primary demand channel

Create and convert demand

4,776 conversations at ₹3.19L in six months shows Meta creates demand efficiently. In 2027 it carries more of the budget and is measured in bookings.

  • Procedure-led campaign tracks with stage-specific creative
  • Branch radius targeting so enquiries can actually visit
  • Lead-quality controls: qualifying questions, duplicate and out-of-area filters
  • Remarketing to site visitors and past enquirers; annual eye-check reminders
  • Monthly video and static creative programme featuring doctors and infrastructure
Shared rule

Both channels report cost per qualified enquiry and per booked consultation on the same definition, by procedure and branch. Incremental budget moves toward whichever channel earns it — as the numbers prove, not as the platforms claim.

Pillar 04 · What we will build

A digital flagship. Not a cosmetic refresh.

01
Institutional storytelling

Leadership, surgeons, technology, training and legacy — presented with verified facts.

02
Patient journeys

Condition → treatment → specialist → branch → appointment, in the languages patients use.

03
Conversion & tracking

Booking, call and WhatsApp actions on every page — each measured and routed to Nandadeep One.

04
Search equity protected

Retain valuable URLs and content; map redirects; monitor rankings weekly for 90 days after launch.

Pillar 05 · Nandadeep One · what we heard in Sangli

Good patient demand. Friction behind the scenes.

01 · The calling desk

The existing CRM extension is limiting work.

Team feedback: the software does not support the way they need to handle enquiries and follow-ups.

02 · Duplicate work

Lead and patient details are entered twice.

Marketing and calling records are not synchronised with Easy Solution EMR records.

03 · Record confusion

Staff cannot rely on one consistent record.

Manual reconciliation between an enquiry and a registered patient creates uncertainty and lost follow-ups.

04 · Management visibility

Nobody can yet see which enquiry became a patient.

Closing this gap is what turns every other pillar's numbers into patient outcomes — and what the strategic shift on slide 04 depends on.

Points 01–03 reflect discussion during the Sangli visit. Point 04 is a measurement gap we propose to close; no time-loss or revenue-loss figure is asserted.

Pillar 05 · Patient engagement platform

Nandadeep One.

A purpose-built system for enquiries, calling, appointments and operational visibility — connected to Easy Solution EMR where technically supported.

01 · Enquiry
Every source, one inbox

Google · Meta · Website · Phone · Walk-ins

02 · Calling
Owned and followed up

Assignment · Follow-up · Outcome · Duplicate alerts

03 · Booking
Confirmed consultation

Appointment · Branch · Specialist

04 · EMR
Easy Solution

Verified patient identity · Visit status

Boundary

Easy Solution remains the clinical system of record. Nandadeep One owns the acquisition and engagement workflow; secure integration links the two.

Management view

Lead source, branch, booking status, follow-up compliance and attended visits — the numbers every other pillar is judged on.
